The star and hope of the Denmark national team is the Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen. Christian is rightfully considered one of the best creative players in world football, and he also an excellent kicker. Forwards Yussuf Poulsen and Pione Sisto have spent successful seasons in their clubs and will stand out in the squad of the Danes.
The team veteran Nicklas Bendtner failed to enter the squad because of an injury got by him in May.
